SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Zulu Timepieces. Our products may be produced to order, available for immediate shipment, or supplied through a fulfillment partner. Processing and shipping times therefore vary by product.

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through zulutimepieces.com, operated by Zulu Timepieces Ltd. Liability Co., doing business as Zulu Timepieces.

FULFILLMENT CATEGORIES

Products sold by Zulu Timepieces generally fall into one of the following fulfillment categories:

TIMEPIECES — 6–8 WEEK PRODUCTION TIME

Unless otherwise identified on the applicable product page, Zulu Timepieces timepieces have an estimated 6–8 week production and processing time before shipment.

This period may include production, assembly, inspection, quality control, finishing, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Once the timepiece is completed and ready to ship, standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.

The 6–8 week production period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. Production schedules, component availability, quality-control requirements, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances may affect completion times.

READY TO SHIP — 2–3 BUSINESS DAYS

Products identified as Ready to Ship, In Stock, or otherwise available for immediate fulfillment generally ship within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

After the product has been transferred to the shipping carrier, applicable carrier transit times will apply.

Ready to Ship products do not require the standard 6–8 week production period unless otherwise stated on the product page.

FULFILLMENT PARTNER PRODUCTS

Certain Zulu Timepieces products may be produced, stocked, packaged, or shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.

These products will be fulfilled according to the fulfillment partner's best available production, processing, and shipping timeframe.

Fulfillment times may vary based on the product, inventory, production requirements, order volume, destination, and the fulfillment partner's operations.

Where available, estimated fulfillment or delivery information may be displayed on the applicable product page, during checkout, or in subsequent order communications.

Fulfillment-partner estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE FULFILLMENT TYPES

An order containing products from different fulfillment categories may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

For example, a Ready to Ship product or fulfillment-partner product may ship separately from a timepiece undergoing the standard 6–8 week production process.

Customers may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each applicable shipment.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Zulu Timepieces currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping through zulutimepieces.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

Zulu Timepieces offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $700 or more.

For orders under $700, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

The $700 free-shipping threshold is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All production, processing, fulfillment, and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Zulu Timepieces.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation after the applicable product has been prepared for shipment.

Orders containing products fulfilled separately may generate multiple tracking numbers and shipping confirmations.

Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to update after receiving a shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact zulutimepieces18@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to Zulu Timepieces' fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delayed or has stopped updating, please contact zulutimepieces18@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in investigating the shipment and, where appropriate, work with the applicable fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, surrounding property, household members, neighbors, building management, or other secure locations where the carrier may have left the shipment before contacting us.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact zulutimepieces18@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the product, original packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label while the issue is reviewed. Photographs or other documentation may be requested.

LIMITED RELEASES, COLLABORATIONS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Limited-release, collaborative, customized, or personalized products may have production timelines that differ from our standard fulfillment categories.

When a different estimated timeframe applies, we will make reasonable efforts to identify it on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.

RETURNS

Eligible Ready to Ship products and products supplied by fulfillment partners may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions contained in the Zulu Timepieces Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard-production timepieces are also subject to the applicable return provisions of that policy unless customized, personalized, engraved, designated Final Sale, or otherwise excluded.
